Accountant
Cristina brings much to our team including 30 years of accounting and finance experience from bookkeeping to interim CFO. Her career has included various industries from non-profit to entertainment and sports. “Numbers were always my thing anywhere I laid my head!”
Cristina takes on new challenges with zeal, as she did when learning about the family motorcoach industry, its diversity of operations and bookkeeping styles. She thrives on complexity and can turn a messy set of books into a useful roadmap for her clients’ success. A Brooklyn, NY resident with three amazing boys, she loves to stay fit and have outdoor adventures. Her favorite food is NYC pizza, and her best TV chill is watching the Sopranos. Don’t be surprised to be greeted by Hi Hi!!! when receiving her email!
Accountant
Tonya comes to BUSBooks with over 30 years of accounting experience. Her industry versatility prepared her for new challenges here within the firm. When approaching situations that require thinking outside the box, Tonya always jumps in to find solutions.
Clients enjoy working with Tonya as her personality keeps them at ease, especially when navigating accounting trouble spots. Tonya comments, “I love assisting my bus company clients. Finding ways to improve processes and efficiencies is always spinning in my head! BUSBooks gives me the guidance and opportunity to expand the depth of my professional capabilities.”
When Tonya is not crunching numbers, she loves spending time with her husband, children and six grandchildren. Her favorite movie of all time is Grease. She loves trying new restaurants, but her favorite dish is a Cuban specialty, Palomilla steak, which she first experienced in Key West. Always up for a new travel adventure, her favorite way to relax is on a warm sandy beach. Tonya greets her clients with a big, warm smile, making any Zoom meeting a better place!
Lead Accountant
Keri brings over ten years of accounting and tax experience to the motorcoach industry, supported by a strong educational background in accounting, business, and organizational leadership. She continues honing her skills through continued education and learning.
Says Keri, “I enjoy combining my financial expertise with problem-solving, organization, and leadership to help family businesses operate efficiently and achieve their goals.” Keri thrives on work challenges to better her team’s performance and the success of her clients. Whether taking on a new professional challenge or planning her next adventure, she believes in continuing to learn, grow, and make the most of every experience.
Outside of work, Keri values spending time with family, her two cats Kami and Lenny, and staying active through fitness and outdoor activities. A few of her favorites include sushi and watching the Marvel universe with her daughter. She has a love for adventure, traveling to new places, and experiencing new things. Keri means business, but her laughter always lightens the day!
Administrative Specialist
Elizabeth works behind the scene transforming complex information into clear, accessible resources that support learning, engagement, and the client experience.
Liz has the responsibility of turning thoughts and ideas into sensible and productive processes that benefit the firm’s team and motorcoach clients. “In 2025, I joined BUSBooks and am grateful for the opportunity to support such a wonderful team. I’m proud to contribute my skills in knowledge management, communications, process development, and marketing while being part of an organization committed to its clients and continued growth,” says Liz.
Outside of work, Liz spends time with family, loves the outdoors, caring for animals including her rescue dog Dylan, connecting with community, and teaching her boys to be the very best they can be. Her favorite movie genre is comedy and favorite food is Mexican. Liz’s smile and good nature always brightens the workplace!
